Built to fit, not pulled off a shelf
We fabricate our own ductwork, plenums and transitions in-house, sized to the design instead of the design bending to fit a stock part.
Why we build our own
Most contractors buy ductwork off the shelf in standard sizes and make the job fit the part. We do it the other way: the design determines the size, the transition, the offset, and our shop builds the piece to match. A plenum that's built for the equipment and the space it's going into seals tighter, moves air more efficiently, and looks like it belongs there — because it was made for that spot.
We fabricate the duct, plenums, transitions, elbows and boots that make up the bulk of a residential or commercial system. What we don't do is specialty metalwork — welded assemblies, custom chimney caps, architectural sheet metal. If a job calls for that, we'll tell you upfront and point you to who does.
What that means for the job
Fewer leaks
A stock fitting forced into an odd space usually means gaps, extra joints, and mastic doing the work a proper fit should have done. A custom piece needs less patching to seal right the first time.
Better airflow
Sharp stock transitions and oversized offsets add static pressure the system has to fight. A transition built for the actual duct run keeps air moving the way it was designed to.
Faster on site
Pieces built in the shop and labeled for their spot go up quickly on install day, instead of a tech cutting and patching in the field while the schedule slips.
