Heating and cooling for the home
New systems designed around the building. Repair and maintenance on every make. The same company, and the same standard, from the first visit to the last.
What a new system should involve
A furnace or heat pump is a twenty-year decision, and the equipment is the smaller part of it. How it's sized, how the air gets to each room, how it's charged and commissioned on day one — that's what determines whether the house is comfortable in July and the system is still running in 2045.
Here's what happens when you call us about a replacement.
We measure the house
A Manual J load calculation on the actual structure: square footage, glass, orientation, insulation, air leakage. Most homes in Northeast Arkansas have equipment a size or two too large. Oversized means humid, loud and short-lived.
We design the system, not just pick a box
Equipment matched to the load; ductwork checked and corrected; zoning where the floor plan calls for it; filtration and humidity control chosen as part of the whole. You get a written proposal with options, not a single number.
We install to the manufacturer's specification
Sealed sheet metal plenums from our own shop. Refrigerant charge weighed and verified. Airflow measured. Controls commissioned and walked through with you before we leave.
We stay accountable
Registered warranty, a maintenance schedule, and the same people answering the phone. If something isn't right, the people who designed and installed the system are the ones who come back.
Carrier Infinity, and why we chose it
Variable-speed everything
Infinity compressors and blowers run at the speed the house needs, most of the time at a fraction of full capacity. Quieter, drier air, and far less wear than a system that's either off or flat-out.
One control for the whole system
The Infinity control manages temperature, humidity, ventilation, filtration and zoning together, and tells us what it's doing.
A standard we're held to
Carrier's Factory Authorized Dealer program sets requirements for the contractors who put their name on a system — insurance, certified technicians, and standards for how the work gets done. The President's Award goes further, recognizing dealers who stay current on training and run the business well. We've earned it three years running.
Repair and maintenance on every make
We install Carrier, but we service whatever's in your house. Our technicians are trained on all major brands and carry the diagnostic equipment to find the actual fault rather than the obvious one. If a repair doesn't make sense against the age of the equipment, we'll tell you that.
Annual maintenance is the least glamorous thing we do and the thing that most reliably keeps our customers off the emergency schedule when the weather turns. A maintenance visit includes coil cleaning, refrigerant charge verification, electrical and safety checks, and a written report of what we found.
Schedule a service or maintenance visitThe right filter, delivered before you need it
Changing the filter on time is the single biggest thing you can do on your own to keep a system running efficiently, and the thing most people forget. So we set up a subscription: tell us your system once, choose how often you want filters to arrive, and the right one shows up at your door. No measuring, no remembering, no trip to the store.
We recommend the 3-inch return-air filter. In most homes it fits the existing 1-inch grille, filters better, lasts longer, and lowers static pressure so the blower isn't straining to pull air through it.

Financing is available with approved credit through Wells Fargo and FTL Finance, with terms that let you match the payment to the energy savings rather than paying for the whole system up front. Ask about current promotions when we review your proposal.
