Designed in, not bolted on
Most of what makes a house feel stuffy, dry, humid, or dusty isn't a mystery — it's filtration that's too weak, humidity that's never controlled, or air that never gets refreshed. We treat these as part of the system design, not an upsell after the fact: what a house needs depends on the house, the family in it, and what's already going on with the equipment.
What we work with
Filtration
A 1-inch filter restricts airflow and needs changing constantly. We recommend the 3-inch return-air filter in most homes — better filtration, longer life, and lower static pressure on the system.
Humidity control
Too dry in winter, too damp in summer — both are uncomfortable and both are fixable. A whole-house humidifier or dehumidifier tied into the system keeps the house in a comfortable range year-round instead of leaving it to chance.
Purification
In-duct purification devices treat the air as it moves through the system, reducing odors, allergens and airborne particles beyond what a filter alone catches.
The simplest upgrade: never forget a filter again
Changing the filter on time is the single biggest thing you can do on your own to keep a system running efficiently, and the thing most people forget. Set up a subscription, choose how often you want filters to arrive, and the right one shows up at your door.
